Order Processing

All in-stock orders ship within 1 business day. Orders placed after 7:00 PM PST, on weekends, or on holidays will ship the next business day.

Free Shipping

Orders over $50 ship free. It is our way of saying thank you for choosing COCOMII.

Pre-Orders and Back-Orders

If your order includes a pre-order or back-ordered item, it will ship once all items are in stock. If you would like your in-stock items sooner, we recommend placing separate orders.

Tracking

As soon as your order ships, you will receive a tracking email so you can follow your delivery every step of the way.

International Shipping

We currently ship within the United States only. If you are outside the U.S., we hope to expand in the future.
